Role Overview: BeFiSc is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in financial technology or banking SaaS sales, to lead and execute sales in the Indian market. This role involves leading a sales team and personally managing the complete sales journey from lead generation to client onboarding. The ideal candidate will own revenue targets and develop strategic growth initiatives throughout the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on driving revenue for BeFiSc's Bank Statement Analysis product. Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, nurturing, converting, and onboarding clients.
Develop targeted sales strategies for BFSI institutions including banks, NBFCs, and digital lenders in India.
Cultivate strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor on fintech solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to refine product-market fit based on customer inputs.
Monitor industry trends, compliance, and competitive landscape to maintain market edge.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
5-8 years experience in fintech sales, banking SaaS, or digital lending solutions.
Proven track record managing and coaching sales teams to exceed targets.
Demonstrated experience selling Financial Analysis products or related financial technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Indian financial services market and lending workflows.
Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
