Job Description

Hiring a Senior Sales Manager in Noida with 3 to 6 years experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, and corporate real estate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
