Role: Senior Sales Executive/ Manager

Department: HoReCa/ Institutional & Corporate Sales

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: Business Manager- Enterprise Sales

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the HoReCa, institutional and corporate channels, aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Identify, pursue and win new key accounts (hotel chains, restaurant groups, corporate firms), as well as expand business with existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, promos, alliances and partnerships; ensure favourable margin, clear terms and sustainable business.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts: maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (F&B directors, purchasing heads, procurement) to drive adoption and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery, product availability, correct packaging, merchandising, and service excellence.
  • Develop annual/quarterly sales plans, forecasts and budgets; track performance (revenue, margin, volume, account share) and report to senior management.
  • Conduct market intelligence: monitor competitor activity, market trends, channel evolution and customer needs; use insights to shape strategy and product/packaging/offer development.
  • Drive merchandising, impulse-buy programmes, in-beverage usage, rack placement and other activation initiatives in the HoReCa/institutional space.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline management and operational standards (contract terms, payment collections, SLA).
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, customer forums and with major partners/associations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.

- Typically 4+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a significant portion in HoReCa / food service / institutional / keyaccount channels.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets, winning new business and managing large accounts and contacts in major cities like Mumbai , Delhi , Bangalore , Pune etc .

- Strong relationships and network within the HoReCa / institutional / corporate catering sectors is highly desirable.

- Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

- Strong commercial acumen: understands pricing, margins, contribution, P&L impact.

- Strategic thinker but also hands-on: able to roll up sleeves, pursue opportunities, and ensure execution.

- Willingness to travel frequently (within region and to customer sites) and work in a field-based sales environment.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to lead or influence crossfunctional teams.

- Experience in FMCG/food service or hospitality sectors is a plus (especially for HoReCa channel)
