UniAcco is a global student accommodation marketplace helping students secure verified, high-quality housing across leading international education destinations. We work closely with property partners, universities, and student communities to deliver seamless booking experiences at scale.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading high-performing sales teams, building scalable sales processes, and owning key market relationships. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on deal execution, team management, and strategic sales planning in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Core Responsibilities-

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across assigned markets
  • Design and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with UniAcco's growth goals.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, market segments, and high-potential partnerships.
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, and deal velocity to drive performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional partners, aggregators, and enterprise clients.
  • Handle strategic and high-value negotiations and closures.
  • Drive CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting).
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align sales execution.
  • Manage and oversee a large, multi-layered sales team (Managers, TLs, Executives).
  • Ensure daily agent tasks and manager-level tasks are executed without misses.
  • Drive consistency, follow-ups, and closure on recurring operational to-dos.
  • Support leadership in implementing sales strategies across the team.
  • Track execution rigorously and highlight gaps, delays, or risks early.
  • Enforce accountability and bring structure to day-to-day operations.

Requirement

  • Strong people manager with experience handling scale and complexity.
  • 610 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a team-leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales environments (EdTech, PropTech, Travel, or Marketplaces preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)

Good To have

  • Experience in international markets or student-focused businesses.
  • Exposure to high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimisation, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting.
