Job Description

Sales Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 23 sales engineers, ensuring high performance and alignment with sales targets
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer handling, and reporting practices

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Generate and maintain sales reports using Excel and CRM tools to track team performance, pipeline status, and lead conversion
  • Monitor customer follow-ups, order closures, and ensure timely updates in the CRM system

Client & Channel Management:

  • Engage with customers for product presentations, relationship building, and requirement analysis
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners such as Schneider, Havells, and other electrical brands
  • Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation, order execution, and service delivery

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the assigned territory
  • Drive sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and customer base
