We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales to lead our sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing teams, while also possessing a deep understanding of the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT sales or related field is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
