Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Property Sourcing

  • Identify and source new properties, projects, and inventory suitable for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new launches and market trends.

Client Handling & Closing

  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiation meetings.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction closure process, ensuring smooth documentation and follow-ups.

Business Development

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into successful closures.
  • Create strategies to enhance sourcing and improve closure rates.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer updates, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and closures.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate sourcing and closing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (Ghatkopar experience preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly closure targets.
  • Strong network with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
