Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager in Real Estate located in the Mohali district. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, managing client relationships, executing sales processes, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficient transaction execution. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, mentoring junior sales staff, and maintaining high standards of professionalism throughout business interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate Advisory, Asset Management, and Transaction Execution
  • Proven success in client profiling, relationship management, and creating tailored sales strategies
  • Good analytical skills to assess market trends, optimize investments, and develop data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to guide sales teams effectively
  • Proficiency in tools for sales tracking, reporting, and CRM platforms is beneficial
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the real estate sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and a strong understanding of the local real estate market
