Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and driven SDR who can take ownership of outbound lead generation and build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who understands cold outreach, communicates value clearly, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and Email
- Send 50–100 cold emails/day and manage follow-ups
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connections, messaging, commenting)
- Identify and qualify leads based on ICP
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and targeting
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartleads, and CRM platforms
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
- Understanding of B2B sales funnel
