Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, providing detailed program information, and assisting families in making informed decisions. The role involves fostering relationships with applicants, executing outreach efforts, and maintaining strong communication with potential students and institutional stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires actively engaging in strategies to support enrollment goals and ensure a positive admission experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication for building rapport with prospective students and families
- Customer Service skills to ensure a smooth admissions experience for applicants
- Experience in Sales techniques for guiding and converting leads into successful enrollments
- A background in Education or familiarity with the higher education ecosystem is preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a team and multitask in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using technology and platforms related to digital admissions or CRM is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; advanced qualifications or certifications in counseling are a plus
