Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales activities, developing business growth strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team. The role includes building client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, track sales performance metrics, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with client cybersecurity needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with cybersecurity products and services, including GRC, VAPT, and SOC implementation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide sales teams towards achieving organizational goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in cybersecurity or IT services industry is highly desirable

Ideal candidates will have:

- Strong B2B sales leadership experience

- A deep understanding of cybersecurity consulting (a significant advantage)

- A preferred background in cybersecurity sales

- A hustler mindset to build, sell, and scale

- Comfort in owning targets, strategy, and execution
