Job Title: Sr. Manager (Enterprise Sales/Business Development Manager - Managed WiFi & LAN & Network)

Location : Mumbai

Experience: 9 to 12 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager. Managed WiFi & LAN and Network Services to spearhead growth in our managed connectivity services portfolio. This role demands a strong leader with a deep understanding of WiFi and Network product technologies, exceptional skills in enterprise sales, opportunity generation, and OEM collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for driving OB numbers, generating a strong funnel, creating strategic business opportunities, driving deal closures, and working on end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. A solid grasp of customer needs, market dynamics, and good technical fluency in managed network

services is critical.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Business Development, Funnel GeneraHon, Drive Closures

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Managed WiFi & LAN and Network services in Enterprise/Govt/BFSI and mid-market segments.

Proactively generate and manage a robust sales funnel across targeted industries and verticals.

Drive customer outreach through a mix of direct sales, events, campaigns, and OEM co-selling.

Own the sales cycle: lead generation, deal qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

Work closely with solutions, commercial, & product to fast-track deal closures.

2. OEM & Partner Collaboration

Build strong relationships with leading OEMs like, Cisco, HPE, Juniper, & Fortinet etc.

Leverage OEM programs and joint GTM acAviAes to expand market reach.

Ensure technical alignment and compaability between OEM solutions and client needs.

3. Customer & Market Insight

Maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their strategic initiatives and evolving needs.

Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

4. Cross-functional Collaboraton

Work closely with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Engineering to deliver client- specific, scalable solutions.Required

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

9 - 12 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or network solutions sales.

Proven experience in selling Managed WiFi, LAN, and enterprise connectivity solutions.

Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing large enterprise accounts.

Technical & Domain Expertise:

In-depth understanding of Network Products (ILL), WiFi technologies, wireless controllers, access points, LAN infrastructure, NAC, SD-WAN, and managed services models.

Familiarity with networking OEMs and their solutions portolios.

Business & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

Ability to influence CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams.

Strong collaboration and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Technology Management is a plus.
