DaanVeda is on a mission to transform the way nonprofits fundraise. We are an AI-powered fundraising intelligence, automation, learning, and payments platform, scaling globally with 300+ B2B customers across 5+ countries. Backed by Microsoft Startup Program, Cloudflare Startup Program, RazorpayRize, Nvidia Inception Program, IPV Idea School, and StepUp Ventures Bharat First Incubator, we work with some of the biggest names in the sector to support nonprofits in their fundraising journey.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is passionate about the social sector, empathetic, and driven to scale DaanVeda 10x in the next year. This is a chance to lead a team and drive revenue growth for a cause that matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals across the sales funnel
  • Recruit, onboard, and train 3-4 additional sales team members in the next 12 months
  • Establish performance metrics, quotas, and accountability frameworks
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture aligned with nonprofit missions

Revenue Generation & Deal Execution

  • Personally manage and close high-value prospects and strategic accounts
  • Own revenue targets and drive the team toward 10x growth in 1 year
  • Maintain a personal pipeline while ensuring team pipeline health and velocity

Sales Process & Operations Management

  • Oversee and optimize the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closed-won
  • Refine and scale lead generation processes
  • Implement sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting

Strategic Sales Development

  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies across nonprofit segments
  • Represent DaanVeda at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in sales management
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth sales teams
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit sector challenges, funding landscape, and decision-making processes
  • Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and CRM systems
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and nonprofit leadership

Other Details:

  • Compensation: 1,20,000/month (50% fixed + 50% variable)
  • Unlimited leaves
  • Hybrid Work: PAN India
  • Probation: 6 months
