Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our Sales department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in sales and customer service. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs and services offered by the institution, and assisting with enrollment procedures.

  • Overall responsibility for closing sales opportunities across our programs
  • Effectively manage leads, qualify prospects, and manage sales cycle through CRM & lead generation platform.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers through CRM
  • Be fully aware about KLAYs program information and any updates / changes in our offerings.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services, & provide comparative information & differentiating factors / benefits of KLAY programs.
  • Work closely with Center Directors to ensure timely closure of potential admissions
  • Initial contact with all prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Upsell our service offerings
  • Closing sales, ensuring collections of new customers and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in various inhouse / field events in coordination with Marketing & Center teams.
  • Other tasks & work assigned as per the role requirement

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an educational or admissions setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
