Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth by selling our diverse range of premium workspace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, hospitality, or coworking sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets for all ConnectHQ products, including Private Offices, Office Suites, Dedicated Workspaces, Dedicated Desks, and Customized Managed Office solutions.

Lead Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation (inbound and outbound) and qualification to conducting site visits and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and brokers.

Market Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to position ConnectHQ effectively in the competitive coworking landscape.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client data.

Pitching Value: Effectively communicate the value proposition of ConnectHQ's premium facilities, such as premium locations, high-speed internet, conference room access, 24-hour security, and value-added services.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate, Coworking, or high-value service/hospitality sales.

Joining Availability: Must be able to join the team within 15 days.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Drive: Highly energetic, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast- paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: Commensurate with experience and as per industry standards.

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working).
