Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading sales teams. The role involves creating sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings, and providing regular sales reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and meet client requirements while representing AEPL's products and services to both domestic and global clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Communication
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Knowledge in market analysis, competitor assessment, and identifying target markets
  • Experience in working with industrial or engineering products is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Availability to travel as required
