This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, presenting tailored property solutions, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in market research and ability to analyze real estate trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets effectively
• Prior experience in real estate or consulting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is preferred
