This role blends language expertise with digital marketing operations. You'll support global advertising campaigns while ensuring high-quality communication and performance delivery.

What you'll do

• Support and optimize advertising campaigns to meet performance goals
• Use Spanish language expertise for campaign quality, communication & localization
• Analyze campaign data and track KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate workflows and documentation in CRM systems
• Continuously learn and grow within Ad Operations

Must Have's

• Fluency in Spanish – C1/C2/B2 level (Certification Mandatory)
• 2–4 years of experience in communication, analysis, or client-facing roles
• Strong interest in digital marketing / e-commerce / AdTech
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
