Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving plot sales, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, explaining project features, legal title, and financing options, and negotiating and closing deals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, bank loan processing, and registration support. The Senior Sales Executive will also track market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven track record in real estate or related industries.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and provide clear guidance throughout the sales process.
- Good understanding of property documentation, legal title verification, bank loan procedures, and registration processes (prior real estate experience preferred).
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with the ability to conduct persuasive site visits and meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on-site with frequent client interactions and field work in Bengaluru South.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining lead records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on client schedules and project needs.
