Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Real Estate Senior Sales Executive. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, understanding their property needs, providing property recommendations, and assisting them throughout the buying or selling process. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, maintaining an understanding of the local real estate market, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License.
- Proficiency in Sales and Real Estate practices, with a strong understanding of real property transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage.
