Role Description

Senior Sales Executive

This role is for someone who understands the nuance of B2B sales, can navigate complex buying cycles, and is motivated to contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and execute sales strategies to expand market presence

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate high-quality inquiries and lead them through the full sales cycle
  • Convert prospects into long-term customers through consultative selling

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure repeat business through trust, responsiveness, and value delivery

Revenue Ownership

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Take ownership of individual and team revenue goals

Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Use insights to refine sales approach and identify new opportunities

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with internal teams including production and management
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives where required

Experience & Qualifications
  • Graduate in any relevant field
  • 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sales
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Sales Executive

A Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and generating revenue for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data sourcing and management: Identifying new prospects and business opportunities
  • Generating inquiries and converting them into orders
  • Sales conversion and managing relationships
  • Updating/upgrading domain knowledge to grow into a sales manager

Experience & Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any relevant field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in any industry (preferably B2B sales in industrial sector)
  • Experience in Automotive industry preferred
