Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Consultant to join our sales team on an independent contractor basis. The consultant will be responsible for generating sales through both inbound and outbound telephonic interactions. The role primarily focuses on Direct-to-Customer (D2C) sales, with the flexibility to transition to Business-to-Business (B2B) sales based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging prospects over the phone, building rapport quickly, identifying customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound telesales calls.
  • Sell products and services directly to consumers (D2C).
  • Be flexible to transition to Business-to-Business (B2B) sales campaigns whenever required.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or designated systems.
  • Follow company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Product Support - Functional (Pre and Post Sales)

• Provide basic guidance to customers on software installation and usage.

• Assist customers with initial setup and troubleshooting of company products.

• Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required.

• Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain a basic understanding of Antivirus Software, VPNs, Web Browsers, and core concepts related to Safety, Security, and Privacy.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be willing to handle both inbound and outbound telesales.
  • Must be comfortable working on both D2C and B2B sales processes, depending on business needs.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional communication.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM or sales applications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Standard (Higher Secondary) with good spoken English.
  • Graduation or higher qualification is preferred.

Is a Plus

  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, customer acquisition, or call center operations.
  • Experience working in a US-based sales or customer service process is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to international voice processes is preferred.

  • Accuracy of sales documentation and CRM updates.

We are hiring multiple Telesales Executives for Inbound and Outbound process (Remote - work from home).
