Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will work full time on-site in Gurugram, leading end-to-end sales activities with K-12 schools and other education partners. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and product demos, and presenting Ezyschooling's solutions to key decision-makers. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs and to achieve revenue and growth targets. Regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and market insights is expected, along with active participation in sales planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Field sales and B2B sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or services for schools or educational organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Comfort with technology platforms and data-driven selling; familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong initiative, resilience, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and on-site presentations as needed.
