Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing and driving the sales process, identifying potential clients, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design teams to tailor solutions to client needs, prepare sales presentations, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and client relationship management
  • Experience in negotiation, closing sales deals, and meeting team targets
  • Knowledge of interior design, home decor trends, and related services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
