Company Description CureAble is a women-led child development ecosystem focused on ensuring that no child struggles due to a lack of support, structure, or understanding. The organization brings together children, parents, therapists, schools, and support systems into one coordinated framework rather than isolated services. CureAble integrates occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavior support, special education, parent guidance, home planning, therapist training, and school collaboration to create a connected, holistic approach to development. Parent involvement is central, with caregivers actively guided, trained, and supported to reinforce progress beyond therapy sessions. With centers, home-based support, school programs, and therapist development initiatives, CureAble is working toward a long-term vision of positively impacting over 2 million children.

Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will drive growth for CureAble's child development ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with parents, schools, and partners, and converting qualified leads into long-term engagements. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through presentations, negotiations, and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting on performance metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs, representing CureAble at events or meetings, and providing consultative, empathetic guidance to families and institutions. The Senior Sales Executive will also contribute to sales strategies, process improvements, and team initiatives that support CureAble's growth goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management, ideally in healthcare, education, or related service sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage parents, schools, and institutional partners with empathy and clarity.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and use of CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex services in simple, supportive language and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions that improve conversion and retention.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to evolving needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in child development, therapy services, education services, or impact-focused organizations is highly desirable, along with a strong commitment to CureAble's mission.
  • Call and engage assigned leads, understand their requirements, address objections, and ensure maximum lead-to-customer conversion.
