Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will drive growth for CureAble's child development ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with parents, schools, and partners, and converting qualified leads into long-term engagements. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through presentations, negotiations, and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting on performance metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs, representing CureAble at events or meetings, and providing consultative, empathetic guidance to families and institutions. The Senior Sales Executive will also contribute to sales strategies, process improvements, and team initiatives that support CureAble's growth goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
