Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors, and conduct property presentations and site visits. Responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, and preparing proposals and sales documentation. The role involves tracking market trends in Gurugram, providing investment-focused advice to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The Senior Sales Executive is expected to maintain accurate CRM records, deliver regular sales reports, and uphold high standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage clients and stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Proficiency in lead management, CRM tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, preferably in Gurugram, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships, provide consultative guidance, and handle complex transactions with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deals and site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate sales or brokerage are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, including regular fieldwork and client meetings in Gurgaon; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
