Company Description The Crafture is a bespoke furniture studio that focuses on made-to-order pieces rooted in Indian craftsmanship, using solid wood, natural materials, and skilled artisans. Each furniture piece is tailored to a client's space, lifestyle, and vision, with careful attention to proportions, finishes, fabrics, and functionality for cohesive interiors. Based out of a dedicated workshop in Gurugram, The Crafture encourages clients to experience the making process directly, seeing how furniture is shaped rather than assembled. The studio is committed to creating durable, thoughtfully designed spaces rather than mass-produced products, offering a personalized and immersive design experience to its clientele.

Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram includes meeting clients in the studio and at project locations, understanding their requirements, presenting design solutions, and preparing quotes and proposals. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure accurate translation of client expectations into deliverables and will track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities also involve follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, coordinating order timelines, and representing The Crafture's brand and values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong consultative selling skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and deal closing, with experience in high-value or premium product sales.
  • Ability to understand interior spaces and furniture requirements, translate client needs into clear briefs, and collaborate effectively with design and production teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust-based, long-term client relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, including maintaining accurate sales documentation, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.
  • Prior experience in furniture, interiors, luxury goods, or design-focused industries is preferred, along with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfort working in an on-site workshop environment in Gurugram and engaging directly with clients during showroom visits and site meetings.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for proposals, reporting, and communication.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on experience, portfolio, and interview performance)
