Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Thane office. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, generating sales, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet sales targets, working on lead management, providing customized travel solutions, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and the travel industry will be key to this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with an ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Skills in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and pipeline management
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and tourism trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
