Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Khammam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also plan and execute sales strategies, negotiate deals, meet sales targets, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management. Additionally, they will collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, with skills in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in creating and presenting reports, as well as maintaining accurate sales records
- Proactive and self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently
- Relevant experience in the polymers or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
