Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Pune. The role involves providing technical solutions and support to clients while driving sales within the assigned territory. The Senior Sales Engineer will develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, collaborate with clients to identify their requirements, and create tailored solutions. They will also support pre-sales processes, deliver product demonstrations, and establish long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and providing tailored technical solutions
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Technical Support skills to address client queries and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with renewable energy and solar power systems is a plus
- Experience in a similar role within the technology or renewable energy industry is advantageous
