Job Description:

Assisting the travel agent, corporate clients and travel agencies with the group questionnaires and quotations

Requesting head office for approval on proposed RBD for closure of groups

Creation of PNR, group ticketing, cancellation and refunds Handling a series of different trade partners

Maintaining group reports and daily sales reports

Assisting trade partners with capping and GDS related issues

Checking the refund calculation and sending the same to accounts for authorization

Taking Escalation matters related to cancellation, complaints and resolving the same
