Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 15 Customer Experience Specialists.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high-quality service.
  • Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the flight/travel industry.
  • Experience managing and leading teams in a customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
