Role - Travel Conusltant
Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Shift: Rotational Shift
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in GDS systems Amadeus and Sabre - Mandatory
- Prior experience in corporate travel ticketing and handling transit and international VISA
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Issue tickets as per client requirements
- Support submissions with all correspondence
- Drive PLB carrier sales
- Upload supporting documents in the system
- Ensure NIL billing pendency
- Manage personal bookings & same-day collections
- Coordinate with customers for day-to-day bookings
- Achieve revenue and transaction targets
- Negotiate with hotels and suppliers
- Handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Key skills required
Corporate Travel Ticketing, GDS - Amadeus, Sabre, B2C, International Corporate VISA;
Minimum experience: 3-4 years in travel operations and client handling
