Travel Consultant

Hiring for Travel Consultant who majorly worked on Amadeus (Refunds) for Noida Location.

1. Graduate with minimum 2yrs exp in Amadeus Refunds can apply.
2. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
3. 5 days working and 2 Rotational Off.
4. Package up to- 3.5Lpa
5. Location- Noida (Work From Office)
6. Both Side Cab
7. Immediate Joiners only.

Responsibilities:

Monitors GDS refund queue, General invoicing, Invoice/Reporting adjustment, Credit notes,

delivery of invoices timely, Interaction with customers on Fresh desk queries, BSP/ARC reconciliation.

Requirements and skills:

• Two to four years of work experience as Travel consultant or Credit controller.
• Good knowledge of Refunds in GDS or Billing/Invoicing.
• Should have performed refund on Amadeus (Full/Partial). Knowledge of ATC and manual refund.
• Should have good understanding of the fare rule reading.
• Should have raised RA on BSP
• Good MS Excel skills
• English fluent (Written and oral)
• Graduate with any discipline
