Role Description

We are hiring for the role of Renewals Executive / Senior Renewals Executive (Individual Contributor) for the UK & US Market.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for managing customer relationships, driving subscription renewals, retaining accounts, and maximizing revenue through renewals and upsells. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, where you will work closely with international parents/customers and internal teams to achieve business targets.

This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role — ideal for professionals who enjoy owning targets, closing conversations, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end renewals and retention for UK & US customers
  • Engage with parents/customers through calls, follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Handle objections related to pricing, continuity, outcomes, and scheduling
  • Drive upsells / cross-sells wherever relevant
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
  • Must-Have Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success / Renewals / Inside Sales
  • Experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory or strongly preferred)
  • Prior exposure to handling international clients, preferably from the UK and US markets
  • Strong skills in: Objection handling, Closing conversations (not just coordination), Relationship management
  • Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
