Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in New Delhi. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and financial institutions. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored loan solutions, managing the end-to-end delivery of services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and continued efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in relationship management, client retention, and customer engagement strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and Home Loan product knowledge.
- Experience in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of the home loan industry, financial products, and loan processing
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics to drive business insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or real estate sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent certification is a plus
