Senior Recruitment Executive
The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of technical professionals, and proven experience in sourcing and hiring for non-IT roles across global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in vendor inspection, quality control, and field operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of critical positions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Renewable industries.
- Minimum bachelors degree.
- Familiar with Recruitment job boards such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India etc.
- Understanding of vendor inspection roles is additional advantage.
- Experience in hiring for non-IT technical positions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to international recruitment and global mobility.
- Familiarity with recruitment tool or ATS.
