Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Lead hiring efforts for niche and advanced technology roles including Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Full Stack Development.
  • Leverage cybersecurity analysis tools and technical platforms to identify, evaluate, and attract top cybersecurity talent.
  • Apply advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Drive leadership and diversity hiring initiatives to support an inclusive and high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure consistent communication and engagement with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit using structured assessment methods.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and Outlook.

Experience Required:

  • 7 - 11 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably within the Information Technology industry.
  • Strong experience hiring for cybersecurity and other niche technology roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with cybersecurity analysis tools and technical hiring platforms.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level and leadership hiring.
  • Experience working closely with technical hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
