What Makes This Role Exciting
As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will own end-to-end hiring for critical technology roles across engineering, data, product, and platform teams. You'll partner closely with leadership, influence hiring strategy, and build pipelines that scale with the business.
You will be the go-to person for:
- End-to-End Tech Hiring: Owning the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level IT roles from requirement intake to offer closure.
- Talent Sourcing Excellence: Building strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and market mapping for niche and high-impact roles.
- Hiring Quality & Speed: Driving high offer-to-join ratios, reduced TAT, and consistent hiring outcomes for fast-moving teams.
- Employer Branding: Representing ASBL as a high-performance, AI-native tech organization and improving candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Process & Data Ownership: Improving recruitment workflows, interview coordination, ATS hygiene, and reporting key hiring metrics.

- Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
- Advise stakeholders on realistic hiring plans and market availability.
People Enabling Technology
- Hire engineers and tech leaders who build systems that directly impact real-world outcomes helping families get their homes on time.

Are You the One We Need
Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in IT / Tech Recruitment, preferably in product companies or fast-growing startups.
- Proven experience hiring for roles like Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
