Position Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Remote
Experience: 3–5 years
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for both technical and business roles within technology, financial services, fintech, or startup environments. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify, engage, and hire top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to support rapid business growth.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and driving end-to-end recruitment strategies across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, first round interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Technical & Specialized Hiring
• Recruit for technical and financial services roles, including:
o Software Engineers
o Full Stack Developers
o Data Engineers
o DevOps Engineers
o QA Engineers
o AI/ML Specialists
o Financial Analysts
o Private Equity & Venture Capital Analysts
o Data Operations Professionals
Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation benchmarking.
• Drive effective communication and candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Operations
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring funnel conversion.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technology and/or financial services hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for startup environments or high-growth organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and hiring practices.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other talent platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
