About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing high-quality candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across various functions.

The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

* Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

* Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

* Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.

* Build talent pools for future hiring needs.

* Meet hiring targets within defined TATs.

* Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

* Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Recruiter

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1–4 years of recruitment experience.

* Experience in IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Healthcare / Manufacturing hiring (customize as needed).

* Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

For Senior Recruiter

* 2–6+ years of recruitment experience.

* Proven track record of handling bulk and niche hiring.

* Experience in stakeholder management and team coordination.

* Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

* Ability to mentor junior recruiters.

* Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics preferred.

* Strong networking skills

* MS Excel and reporting skills

* Knowledge of recruitment metrics and KPIs
