We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions.

Role Overview

This is a strategic, client-facing role that bridges business needs and technical execution. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into clear development tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

This is a new role with significant visibility, reporting directly to the CEO, and offers strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into structured, actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  • Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control and alignment with agreed requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support implementation of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, and other Zoho tools as applicable).

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
  • Strong experience in client-facing roles within software delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Southeast Asia.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with the Zoho suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.).
  • Experience in software implementation or IT consulting environments.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile or structured project methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum, or relevant certifications are a plus.
