Job Description

Think Design Collaborative is looking for a Senior Project Manager for leading successful execution and delivery of world-class UX & UI Design projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on managed web & mobile application design projects actively involving from Requirements collection, UX & UI Design, Development, Testing and Release of the product.

Description:

As a Senior Project Manager on the Think Design team, you will define, plan, track and manage mid-sized to large-scale design projects for domestic as well as international clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design & Front-end Development, as well as directly with clients, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales team in the definition of project scope and objectives, financial + time estimates, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Engage with Think Design's internal design leaders to facilitate the process of distilling requirements into Design & Development tasks.
  • Clarifies project goals and deliverables with stakeholders, sets priorities and enforces standards and procedures.
  • Own the complete execution of the project from project initiation, plan, execution, monitoring/control and closure.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Reporting, schedule preparation, handling financials and people management. Ensure that all end of the project SOP is created and followed for every project.
  • Take care of all project risk and issues. Take ownership of Risk mitigation process.
  • Be the Client Partner/Account manager for the clients he/she is handling
  • Be accountable for company/BU results and for activities and/or projects involving multi functional teams.
  • Responsible for weekly updates/meetings with leadership team.
  • Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in core project management.
  • 5+ years of experience working within UX Design/Frontend development environments.
  • MBA (Required/Preferred) specialization in Project Management or Program Managementwith exposure to Digital/Product environments preferred.
  • At least 5 year of experience in an Agile development environment is a Plus
  • Experience working on scrum team guidelines
  • Experience working with domestically & globally distributed teams
  • PMP Academy Certified Project Manager would be a plus point
  • Proven working experience in project management, leading customer-facing projects

Skills:

Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Remote people management skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both oral and written English

Ability to pick up new areas and work on a Consultant Profile as well
