Position Overview

We are seeking a senior Programme Manager who can operate confidently in an ExCom / SVP-level environment and lead complex, cross-functional global transformations. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, capable of driving alignment across senior stakeholders while ensuring disciplined delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme orchestration across multiple global workstreams

• Translate strategic objectives into execution roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables

• Act as the primary interface for SVP / ExCom stakeholders

• Drive governance forums, steering committees, and executive communications

• Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels

• Ensure alignment across Commercial, Marketing Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams

• Drive delivery excellence by tracking milestones, KPIs, and outcomes

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and critical decision points

• Lead process simplification, standardisation, and digital transformation with strong change management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record of leading complex, global transformation programmes

• Strong executive presence with demonstrated experience engaging ExCom and C suite stakeholders

• Ability to operate effectively across both strategic (vision, planning) and execution (delivery, tracking) levels

• Excellent stakeholder management across senior, cross-functional teams

• Strong expertise in governance frameworks, programme planning, and delivery management.
