Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Offering Specialist, you drive team collaboration across various functions to deliver offerings to the market. You play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality offerings by overseeing the delivery model, roadmap, and user experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Team Collaboration: Lead collaboration efforts with design, engineering, manufacturing, support, and other teams to bring offerings to market, fostering open communication and ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Develop Delivery Model: Design and implement effective delivery models that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Own Offering Roadmap: Develop and manage the offering roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and defining key milestones to achieve business objectives.
  • Enhance User Experience: Oversee the development of user experiences that meet customer needs, leveraging insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Agile Product Ownership: Take on the agile product owner role, guiding the development of offerings and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Deep Expertise in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience with driving team collaboration across multiple functions, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and support, to deliver high-quality offerings to the market.
  • Proven Delivery Model Development: Experience in designing and implementing effective delivery models that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Strategic Roadmap Management: Experience with developing and managing offering roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and defining key milestones to achieve business objectives.
  • User Experience Development: Experience in overseeing the development of user experiences that meet customer needs, leveraging insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Agile Product Ownership: Experience in taking on the agile product owner role, guiding the development of offerings and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Agile Methodologies Knowledge: Familiarity with agile principles and practices, enabling seamless adaptation to the agile product owner role and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design Thinking Principles: Understanding of design thinking principles, allowing for the development of user experiences that meet customer needs and leverage insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of technical concepts related to design, engineering, and manufacturing, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with technical stakeholders.
