Role Description
This role is focused on owning end-to-end delivery for client hiring needs through interview services. You will be responsible for ensuring interviews are executed smoothly, efficiently, and lead to successful hiring outcomes.
This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.
Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment delivery, or high-volume operations environments are preferred.
Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end delivery of interview services for assigned client accounts
- Understand client hiring requirements (roles, skills, timelines, urgency)
- Plan and manage interview flow to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and interviewers for smooth scheduling and completion
- Ensure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during active delivery
- Share regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communication
- Troubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, delays)
- Track key delivery metrics like:
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Interview completion rates
- Quality of feedback
- Identify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactively
- Ensure interview processes contribute effectively to client hiring outcomes
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accounts
- Maintain overall account health through consistent delivery and communication
What we are looking for:
- 1.5+ years of experience in account management / client servicing / B2B roles
- Strong communication + stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing your mind
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, slightly chaotic startup environment
- Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Willingness to do client visits and on-ground coordination when required
- 1.5+ years of experience in:
- Staffing / recruitment delivery
- Client servicing in operations-heavy roles
- B2B delivery or program management roles
- Strong ownership mindset — ability to manage things end-to-end
- Experience working with targets, timelines, or SLAs
- Comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset — ability to handle real-time challenges
- Experience in billing, invoicing, or account coordination is a plus
