- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA or Master's in a business-related field is highly preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically focused on AI-powered or data-intensive products
- Practical experience in HR Tech, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is a significant advantage
- Proven track record of delivering products in a complex, global matrix organization across multiple geographies
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic workflows (orchestration), and the current AI landscape (tools, APIs, and frameworks)
- Skill in defining evaluation frameworks to measure AI accuracy, tone, and task success beyond simple qualitative testing
- Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
- Proven ability to balance refining a long-term strategy while ensuring the short-term deliverables are being managed within a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with ambiguous, evolving technology
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrating an evidence-based decision making mindset - showcasing a track record of using prototypes and user research to kill low-value ideas quickly before they reach engineering
- Coordinate the work of different product teams to deliver a consistent product portfolio
