Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative B2B sales experience in Payroll, HR Tech, HR Services, or SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regions and industries
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product) to ensure customer success
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Share customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Key Account Management
  • Experience in Payroll Outsourcing / HR Tech / SaaS preferred
  • Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
