We are seeking an accomplished academic professional to join as an Associate Professor – Master's Program, responsible for leading the academic direction, delivery, and overall success of postgraduate programs.
This role extends beyond traditional teaching and involves academic leadership, curriculum oversight, and program management, ensuring high standards of learning, learner engagement, and program outcomes.
The Professor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a rigorous, industry-relevant, and learner-centric academic experience.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive academic program strategy integrating institutional goals with evolving industry and learner expectations
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging learning trends and ensure strong academic and market relevance
- Collaborate with academic leadership to define long-term program vision and scalable delivery frameworks
- Design and continuously enhance curriculum frameworks aligned with postgraduate academic standards and industry needs
- Implement innovative pedagogical approaches and technology-enabled learning methodologies
- Continuously review and upgrade academic content to maintain rigor, relevance, and learner engagement
- Ensure academic quality through structured evaluation systems and adherence to accreditation and compliance standards
- Establish robust mechanisms to monitor learner performance, engagement, and program effectiveness
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform academic decisions and continuous program improvement
- Develop and implement learner engagement strategies to support holistic academic success
- Create structured feedback loops across learners, faculty, and stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements
- Design targeted academic interventions to improve learner retention, progression, and completion outcomes
- Lead and mentor academic teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Management / Business Administration / IT (PhD in Management or IT preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in academic program management, higher education, or EdTech environments
- Strong understanding of postgraduate-level curriculum design and academic delivery models
- Proven ability to lead and manage academic teams, including faculty and learning facilitators
- Experience in online or blended learning environments and LMS platforms
- Strong grasp of academic quality standards, assessments, and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to integrate industry trends into academic programs to ensure relevance
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking for learner outcomes and program success
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across academic, technology, and operations teams
- Strong communication, mentoring, and academic leadership capabilities
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in academic delivery
