Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll processing across multiple countries (Americas & EMEA focus).
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll execution across global regions.
Employee Query Handling:
- Act as first escalation point for payroll-related queries via ServiceNow.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution with a customer-focused approach.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors for processing, audits, and issue resolution.
- Work with HR, Finance, Audit, and Compliance teams for reporting and controls.
Data Accuracy & Reconciliation:
- Maintain and reconcile payroll data across systems.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
Compliance & Regulations:
- Interpret and apply tax laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements across regions.
- Ensure adherence to global payroll SOPs and compliance standards.
Process Improvement & Transformation:
- Support payroll automation, transformation, and system integration projects.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Leadership & Mentoring:
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members when required.
